How long is my Carte blanche valid?

Your card is valid for one year from the date of membership.

How do I know when my Carte blanche expires?

Your card is renewable without reprinting a new physical replacement. Which is why the end date of membership is not specified on the card itself.

The expiry date of your Carte blanche is indicated on the following documents:

  • On the renewal or purchase invoice of your Carte blanche received at home by mail,
  • At the end of each bimonthly e-newsletter dedicated to members, sent out if you have provided a valid email address and agreed to receive news from the Musée d'Orsay and Musée de l’Orangerie,
  • On the letterhead of the renewal mail that will be sent to your home by post, one month before the end of your membership.

You can also contact us by phone at +33 (0)1 40 49 47 28 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm (working days) or via the contact form.

What are the advantages of my Carte blanche?

What are the offers available from the Carte blanche cultural partners?

You can take advantage of benefits at the cultural partners of the Musée d'Orsay and Musée de l'Orangerie (special rates on an exhibition or on the partner's pass, guided tours, open days, etc.).

Discover the offers available to you in the Carte blanche news section.
