How can I gift the Carte Blanche card?

Download the Carte Blanche membership form
Fill it out and don't forget to choose a package. Be sure to select the address where the Carte Blanche will be sent (to your home or directly to the member's home).
Enclose your payment by check made out to the « Régisseur des recettes du musée d'Orsay ».
Send the form and your payment by mail to the following address:
