Early on, gallery owner Berthe Weill made a commitment to the artists of her time, helping to bring them to light and to launch their careers.
From Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, Diego Rivera and Amedeo Modigliani to Suzanne Valadon, Emilie Charmy, Pierre Girieud and Otto Freundlich, this exhibition is a portrait of a woman and her gallery in the first half of the 20th century.
