Accessibility and services

The audio equipment provided (audiophones and audio guides) can be equipped with magnetic induction loops.
Hearing loop technology is installed at the information desk, in the locker rooms, at the ticket desks, at the Audio guide counter, in the café and in the book and gift store.
You can also view some thirty works commentated in FSL on the Museum’s YouTube channel.

Guided tours with lip-reading

The Museum can organize tours led by guides trained in lip-reading. Magnetic induction loops (MILs) can be lent to hearing-impaired visitors wearing hearing aids. Feel free to request them when you make your booking.

Self-guided tours

Explore the Musée de l’Orangerie at your own pace on a self-guided tour (without a Museum guide) in the permanent collections or temporary exhibitions.

If you want to guide your group yourself, you must have authorization to address the group. View the conditions for obtaining such authorization here
