Non-guided access, free access and no-queue tickets
Visitors with disabilities and a support person of their choice enjoy free priority entry to the museum, on presentation of valid proof of disability.
It is possible to reserve your ticket in advance, but it is not required.
The entrance for visitors with reduced mobility is to the left of the main entrance.
If you have more than one support person, we recommend that you reserve your extra tickets in advance so that you and your support persons can enter the museum at the same time.
See the list of documents accepted for free access (disability card, “priority” card, reserved parking card, mobility card, proof of disability benefits, foreign equivalents, etc.).
