The Musée de l'Orangerie reopened on Monday 22 June. In line with government requirements, health and safety measures are put in place.
Access to the museum
All visitors are required to book a time slot.
Visitors entitled to free admission must make a booking indicating time and date, and bring proof of entitlement (with the exception of Carte Blanche, SAMO and AFMO cardholders whose prior reservation is not required).
For free admission on the first Sunday of the month, a reserved time slot is required.
Purchase of a dated and timed ticket or time slot booking for visitors entitled to admission can be accessed here.
Conditions for visitors
All visitors aged 11 and over are required to wear a mask (not supplied by the museum).
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available to visitors at various points within the museum. Museum staff is also equipped with masks.
Access to the cloakrooms is restricted to items that are not allowed in the museum areas.
Routes is indicated by signs. Visitors are asked to observe preventative measures and social distancing by keeping more than one metre between each person.
The Café will reopen on 23 September (take-out only).
The Bookshop-Giftshop is open at the usual times. A one-way system is indicated by signs. Visitors are asked to observe preventative measures and social distancing as in the rest of the museum.
