Services

Cloakrooms
Cloakrooms are free of charge for individual visitors and groups.
The introduction of carry-on luggages ("cabin luggage"), maximum format, is allowed.

Loan wheelchairs, folding seats and canes
Wheelchairs, folding seats and canes are available from the cloakrooms for use on the museum premises on deposit of an identity document.

Loan of pushchairs
Large prams and baby carriers with metal frames are not allowed in the museum, but pushchairs are available from the cloakrooms on deposit of an identity document.

Lift
A lift enables people with reduced mobility or with pushchairs to access the whole of the museum area, temporary exhibitions and commercial areas.

Toilets
The museum has many toilets, some of which are equipped for disabled visitors. Bidet toilets are available for visitors.

Baby-changing facilities
There are baby-changing facilities available on level -2, one in the ladies toilets near the auditorium and the other in the mixed toilets near the studio.
