Dada Africa: Special late night openings

To celebrate the last 4 days of the exhibition Dada Africa, Non-Western Sources and Influences, the Musée de l'Orangerie will be open until 11pm on 16 and 17 February and until 9pm on 18 and 19 February.
In addition, the Jeu de Paume will be running two late night openings on 16 and 17 February for the first days of its new exhibitions.
Concession rates* apply between the two institutions.


The "Under the surface" concerts of 18 and 19 February are canceled. Please accept our apologies.


Friday 16 February

Dada poetry, poems and texts with unexpected acoustics create harmonies with the cello improvisations • Duration 30 min • In partnership with Les Tréteaux de France, centre for dramatic arts run by Robin Renucci. With Maryline Fontaine, actress, and Gaël Mevel, cellist.

The two protagonists of this performance engage in an unexpected dialogue set to the melodies of Bach and the rhythm of Spanish and African music. A poetic and surprising quest for the Other, where the instrument - a cello - plays a key role.
